1. Agreement
By using this website, the toolkit on it, or an application published by HerculeDev, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using them.
2. The toolkit on this site
The byte, text and time tools are provided for convenience. They run in your browser, and we do not see what you enter. Check anything important against a second source before you rely on it, particularly for financial, legal or safety decisions.
3. Our applications
Each app we publish is licensed to you for personal use on devices you own or control. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, redistribute or sell our applications, except where that restriction is void under the law that applies to you.
Where an app is distributed through a store such as Google Play, that store's own terms also apply to your download and to any transaction.
4. What you may not do
- Interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site or services.
- Present our software or our name as your own, or as endorsing something we have not endorsed.
- Use our software in a way that breaks the law where you are.
5. Availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue this site or any application at any time, including removing a title from a store. We try not to break things people depend on, and where an app stores your data locally we aim to keep export working so you can take it with you.
6. Intellectual property
The code, text, artwork and name on this site belong to HerculeDev or to our licensors. Nothing here transfers ownership to you. Names of other companies or products mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners and are used for reference only.
7. Project work
Contract and rescue work is governed by the written agreement we sign for that project, which covers scope, payment, timing and ownership of the resulting code. Where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.
8. No warranty
This site and our applications are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. You use them at your own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost data, arising from use of this site or our applications. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
10. Changes
We may revise these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use our software after a revision means you accept it.
