1. Who this covers

This page describes how HerculeDev handles information on this website, theroyalsussex.com, and in the applications we publish. You can reach us at [email protected] with any question about it.

2. This website

We do not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site. Nothing you do here is profiled.

Two things are worth stating plainly:

• Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, browser type and the time of each request. These exist for security and troubleshooting and are not used to build a profile of you.
• The page loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser requests those files from Google's servers. That request carries your IP address and is handled under Google's own privacy terms.

3. The toolkit on the home page

The byte, text and time tools run entirely in your browser using JavaScript on the page. What you type into them is never transmitted, logged or stored. You can confirm this by opening your browser's network panel and watching that nothing is sent while you use them.

4. Our applications

Each app we publish has its own store listing and data safety declaration, and those are the authoritative description for that app. The general rules we hold to are these:

• Your data lives on your device, in the app's private storage, unless a feature you chose needs it elsewhere.
• We do not include advertising networks or behavioural analytics.
• We request the permissions a feature actually uses, and remove the ones libraries declare on our behalf.
• You can delete everything by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it.
• Where an app has an export feature, you can take your records out in a readable format.

If an individual app ever needs more than this, its listing and in-app text will say so before you use the feature.

5. Email

When you write to us, we receive your address, your message and anything you attach. We use it to answer you. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass your message to anyone else. Ask us in a reply and we will delete the thread.

6. Children

This site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of personal data about you, and to complain to your data protection authority. Because our apps keep data on the device and we hold no user accounts, the most direct deletion is one you can perform yourself at any time. For anything else, write to us and we will reply within 30 days.

8. Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. Where a change affects an application, we mention it in that app's release notes.
